Here's a selection of the websites I've worked on over the last few years. Some were Wordpress (yikes) migrations and redesigns of old websites, and some were built completely from scratch. All ended up going pretty nicely. Click on the images to learn more about my role (design, dev, design + dev).
I designed 😎 and developed 😎 this site! Love being able to do both when the time is right. Wow. It's very space-themed, and this brand has worked with major brands and really cool names in the influencer / creator space! Lovely people all around.
Designed & developed by me! So proudly. This is a femme-led Grand-Rapids-based copywriting & branding studio with a heart of gold.
A website in collaboration with Ginkgo Ferment to advertise and showcase their annual synthetic biology event! Very cool. Takes me back to my Chemical Engineering days.
I really liked this experimental novel for extremely person reasons, and so made a zine in its honor.
Designs provided by client! A portfolio site. Who doesn't love swiss design?
My proudest site. I'll fill in the details later, but know that the attention to detail in those pages & animations made me a become a better web developer. (the designs were provided by the client) This website won an honorable mention with Awwwards!
This. Site. Was. SO FUN to pull off. It has such an amazing aesthetic. I was tasked with development & animating the site, while Kathie Baptista Creative Studio supplied the site's designs. My proudest site? Definitely.
The project that taught me how to *actually* code. This was a collaboration with design firm Human NYC, who made the Figma designs that I then developed. But all the animations were up to me, and boy were there a lot of them.
Built in Webflow and then exported to McAfee's site, this project was a highly animated page meant to showcase McAfee's newer offerings. The animations are all triggered by scroll using GSAP's Scrolltrigger. This is currently my magnum opus!
A dedicated design collaboration between Ana and Asad, of São Paulo & Brooklyn, respectively. This website was focused on showcasing their projects in a way as flexible and customizable as possible; all of the case study pages have unique layouts controlled by the Webflow CMS.
Aevitas Creative Management is an all-service literary agency with a Wordpress site most of its agents despised. To build the new site, over 1000 books were migrated to the Webflow CMS, which was no small feat. The site uses extensive search functionality to browse the books, and its form for book submissions was developed to filter emails to specific agents.
PEFA, or Professional Entertainment Female Lawyers, is a new nonprofit aimed at supporting female-identifying attorneys. Probably my prettiest site! The site was completed with a Circle.so integration that gave members a community space to interact and host events.
A Black History Month project dedicated to exploring the role of African Americans in shaping America's musical culture and beyond. The majority of the work was done by Callum at Composite.global; my role was build upon the functionality and animations.

Processes are nice because they save us both time and energy. Timelines vary, but projects typically last 4 to 6 weeks for website design and website development.
In this stage, we discuss the goal of the website, and who will be visiting it. A great website starts by discovering who the users will be and what they'll need from your site—the rest flows from there.
Your user's needs are then translated into a sitemap of all your pages and their underlying structure. (I'll explain what this means when the time comes.) Once approved, basic wireframes of the site are delivered, then iterated on, to confirm the site's layout.
We'll discuss the look and feel of the site, and how we can delight your web visitors. Based on this conversation, I'll design Figma mockups of your site's pages before sending them to your review.
Using Webflow for ease of maintenance, I'll develop animated pages that delight your users. Google Analytics is installed, SEO is performed, and after a few walkthroughs, you'll be ready to rumble.
I wear a lot of hats around here.
Wow, you made it to the form! That's great for both of us. I look forward to hearing from you!
